East Coast Cookie Delivery
We had a family of visitors in town from the East Coast recently. The father works as a law enforcement officer for an East Coast police agency, but they happened to be in town for a wedding. His wife and two young sons wanted to stop in and drop off some cookies and meet the officers from Oregon. It was so nice to meet this fine family and it meant so much to us to have them take time out of their vacation schedule to stop in and bring us cookies to show their appreciation, when the father is taking the same risks to protect and serve his community on the East Coast. What a great family!
