Library Meeting Rooms

Study Room

In addition to the open public spaces for browsing, reading, and research, the Library offers several meeting rooms.

Library Meeting Room Reservations
Tualatin Public Library provides three small meeting rooms: a conference room designed to hold up to 10 people, and two study rooms with a capacity of four people. These rooms are available for non-commercial use only during Library hours. Call the library at 503-691-3072 to reserve these rooms.

  • Reservations may be made up to four weeks in advance. Same day use reservations are available for groups or individuals.
  • Rooms will be held 10 minutes past reservation time, then released for other patrons.
  • When rooms are not reserved, use is on a first-come, first-served basis.
  • Whiteboards, markers and erasers are available in these rooms.
  • The maximum time a group or individual may use these rooms is once per day, for up to two hours.
  • There is no charge.

Meeting rooms shall not be used in any way that interferes with regular library access, services, or operations or which causes a threat to the safety of library employees, patrons, or property. Use of a meeting room does not constitute or imply the Tualatin Library's or the City of Tualatin's endorsement or approval of the viewpoints expressed by participants in the meeting.
