Preapplication Meetings

Pre-Application Meeting

Preapplication Meetings

A preapplication ("pre app") meeting is required for most Type II and higher land use applications, and must be held not more than six months before submittal of an application.

To submit a preapplication meeting request, please visit https://permits.ci.tualatin.or.us/eTrakit/. To make a physical submission, please contact planning@tualatin.gov or 503-691-3026. The fee listed on the City fee schedule is due at the time of submittal of the pre-app request.

Preapplication meeting requests should include:

1. Preliminary site and building plans drawn to scale, showing existing and proposed features.

2. A detailed narrative description of the proposal that clearly identifies the location, existing and proposed uses, and any proposed construction.

3. A list of all questions or issues the applicant would like the City to address.

Please note a preapplication meeting will not be scheduled until the preapplication meeting materials are received. Preapplication meetings are generally scheduled for Thursday mornings.
