Pennies for Climate Action
The Tualatin Community Climate Action Plan outlines steps we can take to reach our citywide goal of net zero emissions by 2050. One funding source to support this effort is a new program called Pennies for Climate Action.
Through this program, community members contribute $0.99 per month via their utility bill to help fund the implementation of the plan. Pennies for Climate Action will begin with the November 2025 utility bill.
Participation is optional. If you prefer not to take part, you can opt out by submitting this webform.
