TRK Releases New Map, Launches Water Trail Website

Tualatin Riverkeepers is proud to announce the completion of a new suite of "wayfaring" materials for the Tualatin River, the culmination of a multi-year project. These materials, which will officially launch on June 20, the day prior to TRK’s annual Tualatin River Discovery Day, include:  

New map of the Tualatin River 

Tualatin River Water Trail website (TualatinWaterTrail.org)  

Paddler's Guide to the Tualatin River (physical map and guide) 

New and updated signs at 14 locations between West Linn and Forest Grove 

The Tualatin River, one of two National Water Trails in Oregon, winds nearly 80 miles from its headwaters in the Coast Range through rich farmlands and thriving parks and preserves before reaching the Willamette River at West Linn. Visitors to the Tualatin River can utilize TualatinWaterTrail.org to explore the river independently, or paddlecraft are available to rent each Friday through Sunday at Cook Family Park in Tigard.
