How to Register for a Program

How do I register?

To register for a recreation program, please click on the "Recreation and Special Events" tab. From there, you can choose programs for kids, teens, and adults. Click on a program to find out more details, the date, and price. If you haven't already created an account, you will be prompted to do so. You can then complete your registration online by submitting a Visa or MasterCard payment securely.

I'm a Tualatin resident. Is there a resident rate on programs?

Yes! All Tualatin residents are eligible for the resident rate on all programs, classes and activities offered by the Recreation Division. Non-residents of the City of Tualatin must pay a surcharge of 25% to participate. Non-residents who own property or a business in the city are exempt from the non-resident surcharge.

What are the cancelation and refund policies?

Programs are subject to cancelation due to weather, low enrollment, or other reasons outside of our control. If you are enrolled in a program that cancels, you will be notified by telephone in advance and a full refund will be made. It is our policy to refund 100% of program fees if your withdrawal notice is given 7 or more days before the start date of the program. A 50% refund will be given if withdrawal notice is given less than 7 days before the start date of the program. Program fees are not refunded for withdrawals less than 24 hours before the start of the program.

How do I register for a program or class at the Library, Juanita Pohl Center or Heritage Center?
