Solid Waste Franchise Agreement and Rate Schedule
Ordinance 1318-11 (Franchise Agreement)
- Known as the "Solid Waste Management Ordinance" and was adopted in 2011.
- It is the public policy of the City of Tualatin that regulates our solid waste management by insuring safe, economical, and comprehensive solid waste service.
Resolution 5740-23 (Rate and Fee Schedule - Residential and Business)
- Effective January 1, 2024
- The services rates and changes set forth in Schedule A is incorporated into this resolution, and are established and authorized for collection of solid waste, refuse, and recycling material within the corporate limits of the City of Tualatin.
