Plan Text Amendment 18-0002 (PTA18-0002) amends the Tualatin Development Code to adopt Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) Requirements for Development in the Floodplain. The purpose of these amendments is to facilitate local implementation of the National Flood Insurance Program requirements and to adopt the best available geographic data defining locations that are at a high risk of flooding.
