Council Meetings

City Council meetings are held at the Tualatin City Services Building (10699 SW Herman Road) on the 2nd and 4th Monday of each month, beginning at 7:00 pm City Council meetings are preceded by a work session that usually begins at 5:00 pm.

Work sessions are used to review the agenda and give the City Council an opportunity to ask questions of staff, update calendar items, or meet with community leaders.

Agendas and packet materials are available for review at the Tualatin Public Library and on our website. Materials for an upcoming council meeting are available seven (7) calendar days prior to the meeting date. Minutes following each meeting wont be published on our website until they are approved by the council, which typically happens the meeting following.

Council meetings are televised live the day of the meeting through Tualatin Valley Community Television Cable Access Channel 28 and rebroadcast on Wednesdays, Fridays and Saturdays at 7:00 am, and Sundays at 8:00 pm. They can also be streamed online.
