Special Guest Paddler Registration 2025
This registration page is exclusively for members of the Pacific Giant Vegetable Growers, Tualatin Police Department, Tualatin Valley Fire and Rescue, Sponsors, and special invited guest paddlers.
Special Guest Paddlers please complete the form below to register. We will send a follow-up email with detailed information and event logistics in the week before the Regatta.
Important Information:
- Eligibility: Participants must be 18 years of age or older.
- Check In: Please check in at the Paddler Registration tent by 11:30. Races begin at 12pm and 2pm
- Equipment: Life jackets, paddles, and pumpkins will be provided.
- Costumes required: Costumes must be family‑friendly. Inflatable costumes and full-head coverings are not allowed. Masks must be separate from the costume if they cover the entire head or face. Costumes should allow swimming if needed.
- Expect to get wet and slimy. Sharpen your costume choice—opt for something comfortable and practical in water. Wear shoes you can easily step into water with. Bring a towel, dry clothes, and something soft to kneel on inside the pumpkin for comfort.
- Be prepared to swim: Pumpkins can capsize or take on water quickly. Strong swimming ability is highly advisable. Life jackets are required and provided.will be no place to store valuables. Make sure to bring a friend that can hold your valuables while you are in the pumpkin.
