Parque Las Casitas
Parque Las Casitas is a .23-acre pocket park in the Las Casitas neighborhood. Formerly known as Stoneridge Park, the name Las Casitas was chosen by residents of the neighborhood during the community engagement phase of the project in 2020. In alignment with priorities set by the 2019 Parks & Recreation Master Plan, Parque Las Casitas was chosen for renovation due to lack of/outdated amenities, and the project was made a priority due to the densely-populated area being identified as recreationally underserved. Based on community feedback collected during an extensive engagement phase, Parque Las Casitas underwent design from 2020 to 2025, and construction from spring to winter of 2025.
The new park now includes a brand-new playground, half-basketball court, and a small splash pad.
