Celebrate National Volunteer Week

This month we celebrate National Volunteer Appreciation Week, April 19 – 25, by honoring the 1,500 people who contributed 14,500 hours as individuals, families, and groups to make Tualatin a kinder, more connected community.

Tualatin’s volunteers planted trees to improve air quality and protect our trails, supported library programs, and provided public notary services for community members. They served meals at the Juanita Pohl Center and gave their time to advisory boards and committees. We’re also grateful to the 650 volunteers who helped make community events like Blender Dash, ¡Viva Tualatin!, and the internationally celebrated West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta such a success.

On April 13, Mayor Bubenik and members of the City Council will announce the 2025 Outstanding Volunteers and celebrate all nominees for their commitment of service to our community.

Congratulations to the 2025 Outstanding Volunteers of the Year.
