Knife Skills 101

Stephanie and Nathan of Shun (say,“Shoon”) Cutlery, offer simple tips for knife safety, show you how to do basic cuts that will make cooking easier, and explain how to care for a cook’s most important tool:  a knife.

This will be a hands-on workshop, so come prepared to slice, dice, and have fun learning. Knives will be provided for your use; please leave yours at home.
