City Council Executive Session
Monday, January 26, 2026 - 5:00pm
The City Council will meet in executive session for the purpose of consulting with legal counsel regarding the City’s legal rights and duties in regard to current litigation (ORS 192.660(2)(h)), consulting with legal counsel to consider information or records that are exempt by law from public inspection (ORS 192.660(2)(f)), public records or information the disclosure of which is prohibited or restricted or otherwise made confidential or privileged under Oregon law (ORS 192.355(9)(a), Lawyer-Client Privilege (ORS 40.225).
This meeting is not open to the public. Pursuant to ORS 192.660(4), representatives of the news media shall not be allowed to attend this executive session. If you are a member of the media and have questions, please contact Deputy City Recorder Nicole Morris.
