Sponsors with a booth at ¡Viva Tualatin! are expected to have an activity or sustainable giveaway in order to contribute to the overall experience of the event. Please let us know what will be happening at your booth:
Are you a returning 2025 Viva Tualatin sponsor or Tualatin business? *
Exclusive discounts for returning Viva Tualatin sponsors and Tualatin-based businesses! Returning sponsors and businesses located in the City of Tualatin will receive a $200 discount off of sponsorship price. Please Note: Each sponsor may only use one discount per sponsorship level.
Please submit a high resolution company logo. If you have both a vertical and horizontal version of your logo, please submit both versions.
Files must be less than 10 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png pdf.
Please submit an optional promotional photograph that can be used in a social media post.
Files must be less than 5 MB.
Allowed file types: gif jpg jpeg png.

The undersigned applicant, by signature below, shall hold harmless the City of Tualatin, its officers, agents, and employees and shall indemnify and, if requested, defend the City, its officers, agents, and employees for any claim or injury to property or persons that may arise as a result of any activity which may arise from operations under or in connection with the permit.

I do affirm that the foregoing statements and representations are binding upon me, or if executed on behalf of a Sponsoring Entity, are binding upon the Sponsor and are executed pursuant to authority. The information submitted is true to the best knowledge of the undersigned, and the undersigned shall notify City in writing at any time as additional information is known or the plans for the event are revised  which would alter the information and statements given.
