Neighborhood / Developer Meetings
The information is provided here as a courtesy. Neighborhood/developer meetings are required to be held by developers before they submit certain land use applications. These meetings provide a forum for the developer, area Citizen Involvement Organizations (CIOs), and nearby property owners to informally discuss a proposed development before a land use application is submitted. City staff do not schedule or attend these meetings.

May 22, 2025, at 6:00 PM - Marquis Cafe (19805 SW Boones Ferry Road) - Norwood Townhomes Project
May 27, 2025, at 6:15 PM - Meeting will be held at the Tualatin Public Library at 18878 SW Martinazzi Avenue for a 1,600 square foot Amazon Automatic Vehicle Inspection Facility located at 21409 SW 115th Avenue.
