Tualatin Development Code Update Effective January 10, 2019
The Tualatin Development Code (TDC) was updated by Ordinance No. 1414-18 and is effective January 10, 2019. The revisions modify Chapters 31-80 of the TDC, and make minor changes to Chapters 1 and 2 of the Community Plan. The code amendments:
- Reorganized Chapters and Sections into a consistent structure and logical sequence;
- Streamlined Planning District/Zoning Chapters through the use of tables and standardized Use Categories;
- Created new TDC Chapters to simplify, clarify, and consolidate information previously scattered throughout multiple sections of the code; and
- Clarified language, corrected errors, and updated the code to comply with current legal requirements.
