The City of Tualatin will begin construction to build a new Sanitary Sewer line under Martinazzi Avenue from Seminole Trail to Sagert Street.
Overview
This project will enhance the efficiency and reliability of the existing sewer system. This includes addressing capacity limitations and preventing potential overflow locations. Additionally, it aims to increase flow capacity to accommodate future development.
What’s Planned?
Project improvements include:
- Install 1,200 feet of new sanitary sewer main between two existing manholes.
- Install four (4) new sanitary sewer manholes along the new pipe segment.
- Reconstruction of three (3) sidewalk ramps at the intersection of Martinazzi Ave and Seminole Tr.
- Repaving of Martinazzi Ave from Seminole Tr to Sagert St, which includes the intersection of Martinazzi and Sagert St and east along Sagert St to I-5 bridge.
When?
Construction will begin in June 2024 and be completed in Fall 2024.

Resumen

El proyecto de mejoras incluye:
