The City of Tualatin will continue construction on a new Sanitary Sewer line under Martinazzi Avenue from SW Chelan St to Dakota Dr.
Overview
This project will enhance the efficiency and reliability of the existing sewer system. This includes addressing capacity limitations and preventing potential overflow locations, and aims to increase flow capacity to accommodate future development.
What’s Planned?
Project improvements include:
- Install 2,270 feet of new sanitary sewer main between two existing manholes.
- In a second segment install 1,100 feet of new sanitary sewer main between two existing manholes.
- Install 16 new sanitary sewer manholes along the new pipe segment.
- Repaving of Martinazzi Ave from Chlelan St through Iroquois Dr to Makah Ct. There will also be repaving of a portion of Blake St to Dakota Dr.
When?
Anticipated start date Spring 2026 through Summer 2026. Timeline is subject to change.
