The City of Tualatin will continue construction to upsize the Sanitary Sewer line under SW Martinazzi Avenue from SW Chelan Street to SW Dakota Drive.
Overview
This project will enhance the efficiency and reliability of the existing sewer system. This includes addressing capacity limitations and preventing potential overflow locations, and aims to increase flow capacity to accommodate future development.
What’s Planned?
Project improvements include:
- Install 3,400 feet of upsized sanitary sewer main between two existing manholes.
- Install 19 new sanitary sewer manholes along the new pipe segment.
- Resurfacing Martinazzi Ave from Chlelan St through Iroquois Dr to Makah Ct. There will also be a street segment resurfaced on Blake St to Dakota Dr.
When?
Anticipated start date Summer 2026 through Summer 2027. Timeline is subject to change.
