Starry Nights and Holiday Lights

The City of Tualatin, Oregon Official Website

The holidays are a chance to spend time with family and friends to celebrate many things including community. The Starry Nights and Holiday Lights event is a perennial favorite for Tualatin residents to kick-off the holiday season.

On Friday, December 7, bring your family and friends down to the Lake at the Tualatin Commons at 8325 SW Nyberg Street to slip into the holiday spirit and watch the tree lighting ceremony while marveling at the holiday lights around the lake. Crowds enjoy carolers, refreshments, activities for the kids and holiday cheer. Come be a part of a special night filled with tens of thousands of twinkling lights, hundreds of song-filled voices, and the lighting of the floating holiday tree.

At 6:30 p.m. join Mayor Lou Ogden in the countdown to the lighting of the floating tree. The illumination of the lights is something that has to be seen to be believed! There will be kids' activities, delicious refreshments, and, if tradition holds, Santa will make a visit!
