Local Square Dance Caller Arrested for Multiple Counts of Child Sex Abuse

The Tualatin Police Department, in conjunction with the Washington County Sheriff's Office, has arrested a popular Square Dance caller from the Portland area.

Charles William Garner, 55, of Tualatin, was arrested on September 16, 2016 for multiple crimes involving a child, to include Rape, Sodomy, Sexual Abuse, and Using a Child in a Display of Sexually Explicit Conduct.

Investigators fear that there may be other victims who have yet to come forward. Mr. Garner was a popular Square Dance caller in the Washington and Marion County areas for the last several years.

Anyone who may have had contact with Mr. Garner is urged to call the Police, and report any criminal activity that may have occurred.
