  • On March 14, 2014, the Washington County Circuit Court sentenced Mr. Gregory Michael Chupp, age 42, to 90 days in jail for First Degree Animal Abuse.  Additionally, he is to serve three years of formal probation, undergo an evaluation for alcohol and substance abuse issues, and forfeit the firearm that was seized after the original incident.  He will not be allowed to possess any firearms for three years or domestic animals for five years, and is to have no contact with the victim or their family.  He has also been ordered to pay $830 in restitution.
