Library Cards

Proof of current address and picture identification are required for library cards. Acceptable ID includes a driver’s license, state ID card, passport or military ID.

Area Residents
Library cards are available free of charge to all residents of:
• Washington County
• Multnomah County
• Clackamas County
• Hood County
• Clark County, Washington
• Klickitat County, Washington
• Skamania County, Washington

Non-Residents
• If you live outside the library service area, you may buy a WCCLS non-resident card for an annual fee.

• If you work or attend school within Tualatin city limits, you may be eligible for a free limited-use “Local Courtesy Card.” Proof of work or school enrollment is required.
