Washington County Grants Type 1 Noise Variance Permit
Oregon Asphaltic Paving LLC/Tigard Sand & Gravel LLC has received approval of their Type 1 Noise Variance request from Washington County to work from August 21, 2016 through October 26, 2016 during the hours of 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Location of work is 21455 SW 120th Avenue, Tualatin. This is in connection with work being done by the Oregon Department of Transportation crew who will be doing paving work at night to avoid safety concerns associated with traffic delays and high traffic volumes during the daytime hours. The crusher will not be running and only the asphalt plant will be running on an intermittent basis and a loader and the trucks entering and exiting the pit to get the asphaltic concrete material.
