TSP Adopted!

We are pleased to announce that the Tualatin City Council voted to adopt the Transportation System Plan.

On February 25, 2013 the City of Tualatin adopted Ordinance #1354-13 (File No. PTA-12-02), an Ordinance Adopting the 2013 Transportation System Plan Update and Amending Tualatin Development Code Chapters 1, 3, 11, 31, 34, 38, 71, 73, 74, and 75.

Chapter 11 of the Tualatin Development Code contains the Transportation System Plan policies while all other chapters are companion amendments that fully implement the planned transportation system.

Copies of the ordinance and the updated Transportation System Plan are available for review at the following locations:
        • Tualatin Planning Department located at 18876 SW Martinazzi Avenue
           from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday - Friday
        • Tualatin Public Library located at 18878 SW Martinazzi Ave
           10 am to 9 pm, Monday - Thursday, 10 am to 6 pm, Friday and Saturday, and 1 pm to 6 pm, Sunday.

Review of land use decisions is commenced by filing a Notice of Intent to Appeal with the Land Use Board of Appeals as provided in ORS 197.830 to 197.845. The notice of intent to appeal a land use decision must be filed within 21 days of the date the decision is mailed to parties entitled notice under ORS 197.615.
